Getting Started: Part 1 - Initial login

This document explains the steps to login to the Datarock Platform through to accessing your project page on the Platform.

Navigate to the Platform

 

  1. Datarock will set up a new user in the Platform for you to access your company’s project. You will receive an email to join with a temporary password.

Change your temporary password

  1. Upon accessing Datarock’s Platform page at https://mine.datarock.com.au/ , you will be directed to login and then immediately change your temporary password.

Set up two-factor authentication

  1. For first time entry into the Platform, you will be prompted to set up a two-factor authentication via a QR code. An authentication app will need to be installed for this step (e.g. Google Authenticator from the App Store or Google Play). Subsequent entry to the platform will prompt for a code from this app.

     

Browse the Platform

  1. After logging in, you will be directed to your company’s landing page to view your active projects on the Platform. After initial login, you can navigate to the Datarock Platform via https://mine.datarock.com.au/.
