Getting Started: Part 2 - Project Navigation
This page shows you the features and interface of the project page in the Datarock Platform. The following areas are covered:
Overview
The project landing page displays all drill holes uploaded to the platform, various models which have been run on individual drill holes and available processes.
Further detail on each labelled feature will be provided below.
A - Drill hole list
The drill hole list provides an overview of data uploaded on the platform. The selection box next to each drill hole is used to select multiple or single holes to apply new models or download model and data outputs.
B - Processing status
Coloured pill box icons indicate models which have been executed on individual drill holes and their status. Those that were successful show green ticks, successful but with warnings to check show yellow exclamations, and those that failed due to errors show red exclamations. Hovering over the icon will show the full name of the model and the execution date stamp. Clicking on any of the models will direct you to the results page to display that drill hole and model applied.
C - Download menu
The Downloads dropdown box allows the user to make a selection of what data to download per drill hole hole selection. To execute, the download icon next to the box needs to be selected. The requested data will be sent via email to the recipient for download. This data has an access expiry date.
Depending which models have been run on the data, the following list of downloads may be available:
C - Upload page
The adjacent upload button allows for imagery or metadata to be uploaded to the platform. Datarock CSV format and imagery file name format must be adhered to for successful upload. Guidelines are provided on the upload pages. You have the option to drag and drop data or upload from your computer files. A progress bar will be displayed during upload and notifications for any errors (red) or warnings (yellow) to be addressed. Warnings are highlighted on the platform as yellow but do not stop you from uploading the image/s as they are.
Once platform has uploaded the images and if the there is a green bar or green Process Images button, you may select the Process Images button and the platform will then run the Image Preparation model for that hole.
Various files can be uploaded to the Platform here, such as core loss and sample/interval files for products such as RQD, Fractures etc. Examples of the CSV formats required are included in the specific product descriptions.
Once you have added the CSVs and if the there is a green Upload button, you may select this button and the platform will then upload the file to the relevant hole. Multiple CSVs can be added at once but unlike new images, uploading CSVs will not trigger the Image Preparation model (or any model).
D - Drill hole search
Search functions allow for the user to find particular drillholes with ease if there are numerous drill holes uploaded to the Platform. Functions available include: HoleID search, Box Number(s) or Depth range, and DR model approval date.
E - Search Filters
Depending on which models have been executed on the drillholes and what their status of success is, the Filter option will allow you to filter the drill hole view to specific parameters you wish to see. A list of possible selections is show below.
Support
Finally, if any further assistance is required from the Datarock support team, there is a Help button always located in the bottom left of the view. This provides guides or a channel to contact the team for technical assistance.
