User Roles

This guide provides an overview of the 3 available user roles for the Datarock Platform: Project Manager, User, and View Only. Once you have determined which user role is required for each member, please add them to the Datarock Platform.

Project Manager

The Project Manager is generally the user that is first added by the Datarock Customer Support team and will be able to manage the addition of other team members for the relevant project. In addition, they can also process drill core as a day-to-day user.

User

A User is the primary role for team members processing data through the Datarock Platform.
