Before you start: Image preparation and depth registration models must be run before any images or CSVs can be downloaded from the Downloads list. Only models that have passed can be downloaded. If any options are greyed out, investigate whether models have been run or if they passed.

Step 1, 2, 3 & 4 – Navigate to Project, select drill hole & select download drop down

1. Open Drill holes view by selecting your project (yellow)

2. Select HoleID requiring download (orange). Individual holes or multiple holes can be downloaded at the same time.

3. Select the Download drop-down (red).

4. All options with a red arrow are image downloads.

Step 5 – Download images

5.1  – Select any image downloads from the options below (red arrows)

Open

- Select Image option from the download drop down (red)

- Select the download icon (yellow)

- Either an email will be sent to the nominated email address OR will be downloaded directly to your desktop.

- If sent to your email, a prompt will be given on the platform to navigate to your nominated email address.

- Select “Download” (red).

- Navigate to your “Downloads” folder on your desktop to find the downloaded zipped folder.
